NOTICE TO GUESTS: We are located on Naval Air Station Pensacola. NAS Pensacola is currently open only to current DoD ID card holders and certain Veterans Health Identification Card holders. Unless sponsored through the Trusted Traveler program, no civilians will be granted access onto the base until further notice, and thus will not be able to access the Lighthouse.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests will be required to bring their own masks and wear them AT ALL TIMES while on the premises. Please also supply your own hand sanitizer if desired. Read on-site signage for social distancing requirements.
On days the Blue Angels fly, the Lighthouse Tower will be open only to guests with reservations to watch the show. General Admission guests will not be able to climb the tower until the Blue Angels land. The museum and grounds will be open for all guests in the meantime.
Years of weather and wear have taken their toll on the Pensacola Lighthouse, and each year new repairs and improvements are needed to preserve this longstanding symbol of our earliest days and ongoing successes. By sponsoring the lighthouse through a donation to the “Keeper’s Walk,” you can help keep the light shining and become a part of Pensacola history. Sponsorships for a brass stair plaque on one of the lighthouse’s stairs begin at just $1,000. Several sponsorship levels are available, each with a great package of benefits to recognize your contribution to saving the lighthouse.
There are only 177 stairs, so reserve yours today and help us preserve this unique part of our local and national history.
Roll over the stairs to the right to see if the stair you want is available.
